Stewardship
Director
Guides the foundation’s strategy and partnerships, with a focus on steady support for fellows working in education and civic life.
Head of Programs
Shapes fellowship rounds, cohort learning, and review processes so funded work remains practical, rigorous, and locally useful.
Partnerships Lead
Develops relationships with schools, councils, and nonprofit partners to create stronger pathways for collaborative projects.
Operations Manager
Oversees internal systems, grant administration, and reporting workflows that keep the foundation responsive and accountable.
Learning and Evaluation Lead
Works with fellows to document outcomes, reflect on practice, and turn field experience into useful shared learning.
Community Support Manager
